American Express Platinum 75,000 Points Link Available via Referral and/or Incognito

Update 12/19/18: Reposting as a lot of people have been able to get this offer to show up recently. If you have your partner refer you (or self refer) then you can get an additional 20,000 points (e.g if you refer from business gold rewards referral). Potentially 95,000 points for 5,000 spend is almost as good as the 100,000 CardMatch offer but should be much easier to get.

The American Express Platinum card is now showing a higher signup bonus than the standard public 60,000 offer:

  • Signup for the American Express Platinum card and get 75,000 bonus points when spending $5,000 within 3 months at this link when going incognito. I was able to pull this one up with no issue.
  • Some people are also seeing the 75,000 offer with just a $5,000 in spend via referral. Note, many people are still seeing the ordinary 60,000 offer via referral.

Keep in mind, many people have had success getting 100,000 points with $5,000 spend using Cardmatch. But not everyone is able to always get that offer. Plus, if you can get the referral offer to show that’s quite a sweet offer since it has the advantage of racking up referral points (even self-referral). Course if you get the 100k offer to show, that’s still superior.

I have a Blue Cash Everyday card and it is now included in the referral program. Use referral link and earn $200 back after spending $1,000 in your first 3 months of Card Membership.

Anyone get 75k offer to show up using a REFERRAL LINK?

I can get the regular 75k offer to show up via incognito, but not via REFERRAL LINK in incognito. I guess this is the same thing as the Amex Green, where there is a 25k incognito offer, but it’s only 15k via referral link even in incognito?

I can get the 75K offer to show up incognito mode, but I am just so leery of Amex denying bonuses now. It’s hard to stomach a $550 fee without a guarantee of the points. It seems they can deny as they will now, especially if the bonus was not actually intended for you like with these “special offer for you”

agreed!! Not sure I’d chance it either with all the reports of not getting the points after the spend.

What are the rules? I tried to see if there was a thread to post in, or if there was a article about not making posts like my previous one – maybe you could add a link to the credit card references pages.
FWIW – I did know that I wasn’t supposed to post my actual referral link, so I did follow that.

Unless the post specifically says you can share your referral link, you’re not allowed to share it. Doesn’t matter if you just post your e-mail address it’s the same thing.

Out of curiosity, why don’t you or other websites like referrals in the comments? Is it just because it takes over the comment area, or is it something else? I get some of the other websites that have their own credit card referrals so they want you to click on their links, but that clearly isn’t your reasoning.

Because then the comments are nothing but referral links. It’s useful to have comments filled with useful information and questions and answers rather than every comment section just being nothing but different referral links over and over and over. People also lie cheat and steal to try and get more referrals and it’s a nightmare.

So I’ve been holding out for the 100k offer for well over a year while rounding out my 5/24 mix. I can see the 75k ingognito offer. Would you recommend taking it if I can get it? I have an Ascend card and Gold card and I’ve had a relationship with Amex since 2006. Cardmatch has never shown me any amex cards so I’m thinking I’ll never get anything better than 75k. Thoughts?? Thanks!

Depends if you need the platinum benefits or can keep waiting. I guess if you applied soon you could try to triple dip as well

Can a DOC reader DM me a 75k vanilla platinum referral? Thanks! Having trouble pulling up the 75k offer on my own.

Would you quit saying “many’ people can get the 100K Plat offer? At best, very few get the offer.

Many people can get the offer. Just because you haven’t been targeted doesn’t mean others haven’t. Have you tried using all the tricks as well as CardMatch?
