Our Verdict
This is obviously an awesome offer since walmart.com sells everyday items that most people can take advantage of. Or you can buy a Walmart gift card and then use that for in-store purchases. Walmart.com also sells Visa gift cards if you want to go that route, though you’ll pay an activation fee. They also have a wide variety of restaurant gift cards and the like which can be purchased with no activation fee.
[Would be nice to be able to buy Walmart e-gift cards and then use those to buy Visa gift cards, but the walmart.com system stopped allowing the use of gift cards to buy Visa gift cards a while back.]
