Our Verdict

Nice deal for Courtyard stays. There are also a couple of other hotel deals showing in the Amex login which we haven’t covered:

These deals often work when buying a gift card at the hotel desk, despite terms indicating otherwise. Here are 14 Things to Know about Amex Offer Deals.

I recently had this offer on 2 cards, I split the payment $100/$100. Only 2000 points posted. The rep stated that you can only use on one card only. Anyone with experience with this.

Does advanced book (non-refundable) trigger the offer?
Thanks

I have similar Sheraton and Westin deals in my Amex accounts ($50 off $250, I believe). Any thoughts about buying gift cards?

Thanks, it’s been the only way to add hotel deals to the Hilton cards since those don’t (understandably) show automatically.
