- The Amazon.com Promotional Credit will not be provided if you have cancelled your trial or membership prior to receiving it.
- You will receive a one-month Audible membership that includes 1 credit as part of the standard Audible Monthly Gold Membership plan, and 1 bonus credit your first month (2 credits total). After the first 30 days, this membership will renew monthly at the regular price of $14.95.
- You can cancel at any time and you will not be charged thereafter.
- The Amazon.com Promotional Credit only applies to products sold by Amazon.com or Amazon Digital Services LLC (look for [sold by Amazon.com] or [sold by Amazon Digital Devices LLC] on the product detail page.) Products sold by third-party sellers or other Amazon entities will not qualify for purchase by the Amazon Promotional Credit, even if [fulfilled by Amazon.com] or [Prime Eligible].
Our Verdict
Not sure how they actually determine if you’re a new AAA member. Previous Audible deals have worked even if not members of the specific organization they were targeted towards (e.g this $10 or this $15 deal). Keep in mind after the 30 day free trial you will be automatically charged $14.95 a month so remember to cancel before then.
AAA isn’t that alcohol recovery

so is this actually a free $25 amazon gc? or do you have to pay for audible to be eligible
Oh, I think you’re right! 🙁 The way these things have usually worked before is, they send you the eGC a couple weeks after you start the free trial, which is usually 1 book per month, so I had assumed this one was a 2-month trial. Instead, it looks like this offer is 2 book credits in just your first month, and then you have to start paying if you want a second month, and THEN after you pay for that second month you get the $25 eGC. You do still come out ahead by a bit though, if you cancel before the next paid month, because the lowest-priced plan is $14.99/month (that’s for 1 book per month; it’s $22.95 if they require you do the 2-per-month plan).
PS: The one or two book credits is only in regards to the ones you pick yourself from the full Audible library. Last fall, they also started offering about a half-dozen “Audible Originals” short books for you to choose two from each month, in addition to the normal book credits. That program runs on a calendar month, so by starting a trial in the middle of a month, you get access to an extra month of Originals too.
This requires you to sign up for AAA. I don’t see any way to skip it.
