Bank of America has updated its travel portal and is now called ‘Enhanced Travel Center, powered by Rocket Travel by Agoda’. This is the same backend used by Citi and is a significant upgrade on whatever Bank of America was using before (cxLoyalty?) as there are more airlines, hotel rooms and car rentals available to be booked. Some travel portals are rarely used but Premium Rewards Elite cardholders receive 1.25¢ per point when redeeming through that portal.
