Bilt Rewards Adds Point.me Award Search Integration

Bilt Rewards has announced a partnership with award search tool point.me. This partnership allows Bilt members to use Point.me to search for award availability for Bilt partners ( American AAdvantage, Aeroplan, Avios, Cathay, Emirates Skywards, Flying Blue, HawaiianMiles, Turkish Miles&Smiles, United Mileage Plus and Virgin Red). Access is granted via the Bilt app (rewards > travel > flights > toggle transfer partners).

I personally hate redeeming miles and points because I often enter analysis paralysis trying to find the absolute best option. Tools like point.me make this easier, although as it only works on Bilt partners it’s not a complete solution but this is free.

Access is now also available via the Bilt Website (rewards > travel > flights > toggle transfer partners).

Is there any way to get let into point.me via Bilt on a desktop browser?

Bilt’s redemption at least with Hyatt was glitchy — once I sent out an email they patched it next day and I had a far faster turnaround in getting the points than my Chase CSR (2 hours vs 48 with Chase).

And, despite the scandals about the cards being compromised via BIN attack, Bilt seems to be not too shabby. They wouldn’t let me actually use the digital card despite that being a thing when they first started up, I had to wait for the card to arrive to use it which is fine. I found they do something similar to Barclays where they let you immediately use your rewards once transactions post, instead of having to wait until the end of the billing cycle, that’s pretty nice of them.

Worth $129 per year subscription price? Trying to stay under Chase 5/24 and lower my hard pulls on my FICO score. Point.me synchronized with my Award Wallet account and saved time entering my Chase and airline loyalty programs. Bilt $0 AF. I created a Point.me account and it showed me subscriptions. Cheapest was $5 for a day. Starter Pass: Enjoy Standard plan access for 24 hours. Standard Plan $129 per year. Premium Plan $260/ year.

Bilt SUB. Spend $10K in 5 days for 40K points. “The day my card arrived, I got an email (since they knew when it arrived) letting me know that I could earn 5X on EVERYTHING for 5 days, up to $10,000. This meant that if I spent $10,000 on the dot, I’d be getting 40,000 extra points.” https://milestalk.com/bilt-mastercards-secret-signup-bonus/

Bilt shares many of the same 1:1 transfer partners as chase, amex, etc, so can infer their redemption as well. Can’t complain about another free tool to get best redemption

Pls explain more about Bilt. You have to apply for the Bilt credit card and waste a hard inquiry to be able to get free access to point.me? I like point.me award search tool but not ready to apply for the Bilt credit card that has no bonus offers

DoC has already talked about Bilt in the past, basically a way to get 1x points on rent with no CC fees. No annual fee and decent transfer partners with a rent day earning multiplier to boot.

Only reason I got it was that my rent is $1,560 a month. I dine out 3x + a week, so if I need to splurge on the 1st of the month for 6x it’s no big deal. Chase won’t give me any cards so I can’t get a Hyatt or United card for maybe 4 years? I’m like 15/24.
To be able to book a free night or more for free after paying rent, is a no brainer for me. I sometimes eat the $50+ fee they give me so I can put it on my Amex BBP since it’s 2x, but I’m on the verge of 1.4million Amex MR and can’t book Hyatt unless I use Amex Travel portal and even them I’m on a 1:1 cpp.

For me its ok since I’m unfortunately paying rent for a 1-2 more years, 5/24 status is insane, I would like to redeem Hyatt resorts for the future.

You don’t need the card, just open a free account and you get access.

The main draw of Bilt is that renters can get points on their rent payments without having to pay a processing fee. It is a much less attractive card if you can’t take advantage of that.

Good card if you pay your rent via check or ACH as you can earn 1x on that which is better than 0x.

But to earn Points on rent , if property not in blit alliance network, need to have cc. Did that change recently?
