I was so frustrated because last night, I put in the promo code, and it said essentially it would be applied after I made the purchase. Then I purchased the $20 gift card with the promo, got that, but didn’t get the $5 gc reward. When i tried to put in the promo code again on my Bitmo Profile, it said that I already used this code before! ðŸ˜
I messaged Bitmo support through the app but they haven’t gotten back to me.
Did you check the wallet?Mine was in the wallet and had to slide to get the numbers.
I contacted the support and they got back to me last night. They fixed it and gave me the $5 gc.
