- Get 8.5% on Visa gift cards and 7% or 3% on other brands, depending on the brand.
- Others see an increased homepage/email offer for 18.5% on Visa and 16% on most other brands, with some brands getting a lower 7% rate. Others are seeing similar variants.

Our Verdict
These are obviously great deals if they track properly. 18.5% back on Visa is outstanding and 16% on so many other brands can be great as well.
Personally, I’m seeing the higher 18.5% offer on my Capital One Shopping homepage and lower rates via email, but some people might only have the 8.5% offer or some other variant.
Notably, the deal to get a $10 bonus card when you buy $100 Visa gift card (code: FESTIVAL) is mentioned clearly on the portal, so that can stack with the 18.5% cashback rate. Another stack is on regular gift card purchases (non-Visa); most of those earn 1% back in Giftcards.com Rewards.
As always, keep in mind that Capital One Shopping portal does not require having a Capital One card or bank account. Also remember that the rewards are not cash but rather they cash out as gift cards for various brands.
