Matched to the new higher offer on the CIU after SM. Since the card has a 12 months 0% APR, will use to pay property taxes. The 1.5% will negate the cc fees

Just got my 25,000 UR added to my account. The SM response said next statement, but the additional points showed up in my balance immediately. Time between my message and their response was about 6 hours.

Did you have $7.5K in spend or $3K?

I met the $7.5k minimum spend requirement

nice to know they’re matching. I’m wondering if I should do it with my CIC. already hit the $3k spend organically, but not sure if I can hit the extra $4.5k spend, for an extra 25,000 points

I got matched, but the problem is that I have only 3 weeks left and the card’s credit limit is so low that it would require me to cycle the card. I don’t think the risk is worth it, as Chase is known to shut down for credit limit cycling.

You could move credit from another business card over. I would also check the deadline to meet the spend requirement. Chase often gives 115 days.

PS How about changing the billing date?

Chase matched my Ink Unlimited request today. I got the card about a month and half ago

How long was the wait time between your SM and the points being applied?

Yes they are, provided you spend the $7500 instead of $3000 spend. Is additional 25,000 points worth it for spending additional $4500 on the card to get this increased bonus? Especially when so many other cards with AMEX/Citibank/Barclay are available where you can spend this additional amount and get anywhere from 50,000 to 100,000 points on those cards?

Yes, spending $4500 for potentially $375 is worth it for most people here.

Opened my CIU back end of March. Should I YOLO and SM? Why not…

Yes, Chase matched my Ink Unlimited card opened on October 1. I sent secure message and got back in 2 hours.
The message says after I spend $7500 in three months, just reply back and I will get extra $250.
