I have the same offer but for $50 back on a Chase Freedom
It’s probably for Xfinity, not Xfinity Mobile.
I got an offer on Bank of America for $50 after two payments.
Let me update, thanks
How do they know the charge is from Xfinity mobile and not cable TV or internet? I figure the charges are all coded as the same
The previous version I had on a BOA card was Xfinity Home, $50 back if you pay for $29.95 or more of your first Xfinity Home bill using the card. The offer said “processing” when I paid my Xfinity internet bill of $40 using the card, but it never went beyond processing for 2 weeks and simply disappeared after. So perhaps there’s a way for them to know?
Also wondering this as I received the offer on a lot of cards.
I have a credit balance from BYOD, but I’ll be the DP
I’ll make a $2 payment with the offer and report how it post.
You have a completely different login – for Comcast HSI/TV/VOIP and for Xfinity Mobile website.
I want to say that the $1.00 pre-authorization said Xfinity Mobile.
No Joy – back-end is different and you can’t pre-pay or overpay like with Xfinity Home/HSI.
No Balance due – but also it is Autopay –
So I guess they want you to enter the card get the credit and forget about it.
Earlier I have the Amex offer 300 MR for $100 mobile phone bill payment. Since I have Xfinity Mobile which doesn’t offer prepayment I made two device payments. Amex recognizes them as just any regular Xfinity Mobile payments. So it might work if you still have a device balance on your Xfinity Mobile account.
I don’t know how they know it, but I can confirm that it won’t work if you pay for TV/Cable/Internet. It falsely triggers the BofA email that you’ve fulfilled the offer, but the bonus never posts
Also just got one for hoteltonight. 5% back max $15.

is there any requirement on the amount of the payment? can I get the credit if I make two $1 payments?
Previously, “2 payments of $5 each” worked for
CW.
xfinity mobile has separate billing then the internet/TV/phone. They are billed separately at least for me!
This should stack nicely with BYOD Xfinity Mobile credit.
$100/ported line – (unlocking a Google voice line cost $3). Just need an IMIE from an unlocked supported phone (Apple/Samsung).
I did three lines earlier this summer. Only pay taxes if you go with per GB plan and just use Xfinity hotspots or Wifi and turn off Mobile data.
I’ve sock drawered the SiM for road trips so can have Verizon data if we need it. We use T-Mo ONE Military with 8 lines for family and business with Unlimited data which is great 99% of the time
Sweet have it on CSR
The “Only pay taxes if you go with per GB plan” with no usage is gone for new xfinity mobile customers. I think that it was only a few months back that this change happened, but if you were in one such plan already, it looks like you get grandfathered with every line that you add.
If I am reading their plan correctly the minimum option is $12/mo for 1GB shared so assuming you are going to use one line you could still do what YoniPDX did with the additional two lines.
forgive my ignorance, which Chase cards have these type of offers?
I wonder if there is a Min payment to get the credit or if you could pay $1 ea month for the two months and get the $50 credit.
If on BOA, a transaction must be at least $3 to earn a coin, not sure if it applies to the amerideal as a whole.
Offer was also added to my my BofA ( Also have the Xfi-Home offer with $29.95 min offer) . The Xfi-Mobile doesn’t haven’t any verbiage about min. Just need to figure away to drop balance – I wonder if I can but accessories in-store to lower balance.
tried the device payment, went through as normal xfin mobile charge but no emails/notices of triggering… hmmm
I am confused by the “expires on 11/13/2019” and “must pay first 2 bills by 1/2/20.” So what do you have to do by 11/13/19?
You need to save the offer by 11/13 and use it sometime between when you save it and 1/2/20.
Enroll in the offer
Are Chase offers only on personal cards or do they appear on business cards as well?
Only on personal for Chase I believe. For BofA I have offers in personal and business accounts.
Just noticed today that offers are now showing for my chase ink business cards also.
I’ll second this. Not long ago they started showing up on my Ink+.
Confused… so 2 payments of any amount at any time to a device should trigger and payout? Or you have to wait for 2 consecutive bills to come due, then pay each bill waiting a month in between?
Now I got this on both Chase and Regions, both need to have two bills paid by 2/29/2020, with only three bills to auto-pay until then and no device payment left to pay. Ugh.
Already paid two bills with BOA, but offer shows expired and not yet processing. Not worried yet, as it had behaved this way before.
I did a similar offer with Discover, not tied to a particular provider, and faced the same problem of too few bills. Making extra payments of a few cents actually triggered the credit for me so you might try that too. I don’t think the CC company can differentiate between partial payments or full, autopay payments.
The rub is Xfinity Mobile doesn’t allow ad hoc payment, only fixed scheduled auto pay. So I end up buying an overpriced 8.95 adapter on their site as the first transaction.
Crap, just found the same offer expired in BBVA.
BOA now processing the CB.
Xfinity Mobile adapter already delivered but still not charged to my Chase CC. Grrrrrrr.
Why did you remove chase preferred post?
It is over. Just ignore it
Well I got the card based on this, before he put up the warning banner.
It seems shady that he deleted the post
Not to screw everyone including you. Please edit your comments
can we make xfinity mobile extra payments after regular bill payment,to trigger it earlier?
I got the offer on my personal BoA rewards clicked it, will see if my regular cable bill will trigger it
