Looks like I lost out because Chase is saying the transaction date is Mar 1, even though I had 2 purchase’s of $10 or more that were on 2/28 around 6 PM eastern time.
Some restaurants process transactions at end of day resulting in next day transactions. Last day use of offers are always a gamble for both Chase and Amex.
One of mine says transaction date 2/28, pretty sure before it expired, but I still didn’t get it. I’ll give it another week and then send a message to Chase.
I think we can all stop panicking. If you haven’t checked, check again under redeemed. Mine flipped to redeemed yesterday.
Thanks for the heads-up. I haven’t seen the credit, but I do see the offer icon is listed under redeemed (used for panda express).
None of my 3 flipped as of 3/4/23, all legit restaurants purchased after 6pm on 2/28.
I had an Amazon music $5 back and got an email the same day as the transaction: “Nice work! You just used one of your Chase Offers.”
They don’t always send an email. This offer explicitly states that there might be no email. For a 2/28 purchase? I’d suspect the earliest you’d see a flip to redeemed would be next week. And then several days or longer to see credit.
I’ve never gotten an email for any Chase offer ever used, ever, I don’t think that would be an issue. However, others seemed to indicated this may have ended earlier in the day on 2/28. I purchased several days before that, so I wouldn’t have had that issue.
Do you have the “Alert me when a Chase Offer is used” turned on for your Chase card(s)? Click on your account icon at top and then:

Y’all are impatient or not experienced with Chase offers. Sometimes they credit in a few days, but sometimes it takes close to two weeks. If you used it within the offer period, it will be fine. You will see it move from expired to redeemed, but it can take awhile sometimes.
One of my 3 cards expired even tho I used the same method(buying a bowl of chipotle online) secure msg them and now is showing as redeemed instead of as expired.
I used this offer on several cards over the last few days on February. All but one that I did on the afternoon of 2/28 (may have been after they expired it, not sure) is showing as redeemed now.
Was offered on my CFF – waited until to today to try and use it but it was no longer there when I checked. Learn from my procrastination, presumably “expires 2/28” means use it by 11:59 on 2/27, not 11:59 on 2/28
It was still there for most of the day, so I think maybe it expired at 11:59 pm GMT (6:59 pm EST) on 2/28.
We had offers on 10 cards across 3 household members and used 9 of them. I waited until the last day to use the last one today. I didn’t check if the offer was gone but went to buy a $10 gift card at the subway in front of my house around 630 pm. It may have been after the offer expired. I learn from my procrastination as well.
Same, was saving it for dinner today and it’s gone.
Chase Ink Unlimited: 2/18/2023: Kneaders, Food & Drink, $23.85. Shows the “$5 back Restaurants” with a green checkmark, “last day” under the “All” for Chase Offers. No $5 credit.
Chase Freedom Flex: 2/19/2023: Pizza Hut, Food & Drink, $13.85. Shows the “$5 back Restaurants” as “Redeemed” under Chase Offers dated 2/24/2023. No $5 credit……
For reference, I also did the $10 off TurboTax earlier this month; that $10 was credited within 3 days so not sure what is up with this one. Technically, the site does mention credits may take 7-14 business days; so I am only at 6 business days but it is concerning that others have received their credits already.
ChickFillA app loads and starbuck loads not counting as of today. Categorised as Food and Drinks purchase but not counted. Planning to escalate this to executive office for review since online message customer service seems useless to get the credit for these on 5 cards I did this…

If the credit takes several days to post, how do you know a purchase today doesn’t count?
What other apps allow you to load credit to account (not gift card)?

My offer still does not show as redeemed despite making a purchase of over $10 on Starbucks AND a local restaurant. Anyone else had any problems with this?

Same here, it worked on 2 cards doing the same chipotle purchase, today my 3rd cards bonus is showing as expired, I sent an inquiry and they forwarded to a “specialized team” and should receive an answer within 5 business days
