Chase Updates App To Allow Signup Bonus Tracking, Reordering Accounts, And More

Chase has updated their app with various enhancements:

  • Reorder your accounts in the app by moving the account tiles how you want them.
  • Track your progress toward a new account opening bonus. We reported on people seeing this back in April, and it’s now officially being revealed by Chase.
  • Access your personal Chase Home Lending dashboard.
  • Southwest card members can now see their rewards balance.
  • Ability to submit approvals for transfers and bill payments.

I dont have the bonus tracking on my new ink card, does that mean I won’t get the bonus?

You can also now move around accounts up and down in the order you want them by holding down on the account until it toggles to move.

Can’t find sign up bonus tracking (IHG card). Is it only for UR point cards?

Wondering the same thing. Any rumors of this tracking will be available online?

Seems like it. Fingers crossed that business accounts get this ability as well.

FAKE NEWS! 😉 There’s no bonus tracking anywhere for my Chase Checking offer. I’ve looked in both iOS and Android versions.

I got the Freedom Unlimited a couple months ago for the $20k spend at 3x points for the first year. Is there a way to track how much of that 20k I’ve spent so far?

Sign into the Chase Mobile App, click on the credit card info you want to see, scroll down and click on, “see all transactions,” on top of the page (right under, “credit card….,” and to the right of “all transactions,) press, “spending summary.” There you’ll see how much you spent so far year to date. (Plus under which category as well, which could be useful for Freedom cards.)

The most interesting part of this for me, “Track your progress toward a new account opening bonus,” isn’t in the Android changelog. It does, however, appear in the app for my new SW Biz Performance card. Very nice!

Where do you see that? How come I don’t see bonus progress tracking on my ink unlimited?

When I click on the card, there’s a payment details section, a transactions section, a cardholder section, and then the new account bonus section. I got the update last night.

My progress toward a two-tiered bonus is not displayed correctly. Total spend is likely OK but there is no indication that I should have reached the first tier.
