Our Verdict
It’s free, either you want it and it’s convenient or it’s not.
Chick-fil-A is of bigots, by bigots, for bigots.
But they make one hell of a chicken sandwich
so you might as well take $4 from them
Word. I won’t eat their gross chicken sandwiches.
All the more reason to take a free sandwich from them 🙂
After the Orlando shootings in the LGBT night club Pulse, Chick-fil-A opened on Sunday (they are always closed Sunday) to cook and serve free food to first responders and anyone who came down to donate blood.
They may have a different set of opinions, but they’re not bad people.
A different set of opinions? That’s one of the dumbest things I’ve read, TomTX.
So you’re prejudice toward them is OK but because the COO of the company, for religious reasons, doesn’t approve gay marriage, that’s a bad thing. Damn people with their ability to have opinions and choices!
Though you’re right, I forgot how in most Chic-Fil-A’s there is a sign that says, “We don’t serve Gays.” *Rolls eyes*
At least the company tries to do some good in the world, as TomTX points out. Can’t say that about many religious and non religious companies out there in this world.
Arghhhhh, the obnoxious “only at participating Chick-fil-A restaurants” caveat. Last time I tried to hit a Taco Bell in the college town part of the city for that free Doritos Locos Tacos, it turned out to be one of those non-participants.
Yeah it’s annoying when they do that and don’t provide a good list of non participating locations.
Love the verdict.
Appreciate what you do!
