The Offer
- CitiBusiness American Airlines Platinum Select World Elite Mastercard is offering 40,000 American Airlines miles after you spend $2,000 within the first three months. Plus new card members also receive up to a $250 statement credit on eligible American Airlines purchases within the first 12 months of account opening.

- Contains one American Airlines bonus per 24 month language
Our Verdict
Same as the offer on the personal card. The real deal here is Citi lets you match to higher mile bonuses and keep the statement credit. You can get up to 20,000 mile matched, so by asking for a match you’d get 60,000 miles + $250 statement credit. Not as good as the previous 50,000 miles + $200 deal that could be matched to 70,000 miles + $200. Because of that we won’t be adding it to our list of the best credit card bonuses.
