Did you check your rewards tab in your account? I never get the emails, or they get caught up in my sp*m filter, so I have to get them there before they expire.

I’ve been bugging them on facebook and have an open support ticket with them about that offer. They started out by saying they were having some issues but that they’d have it resolved in a week or so. That was August. They’ve since stopped responding to me.
