A Reddit report indicates that Capital One now began allowing reallocating credit lines between Capital One and Discover cards.
For a while, Capital One has allowed reallocating credit lines between their cards. Now that Discover is part of Capital One, we can move credit lines between Discover cards and Capital One cards as well.
