Our Verdict
Some people like to use their $100 Dell credit from the American Express Business Platinum card on XBOX gift cards, so this deal will save you $10. Add the $100 card along with another $10 card to max out your $100 credit. Not sure if portals work for XBOX gift codes on Dell.

Are they gone again?
I just spoke with a Dell rep after having my order for regular electronics items canceled. They said my account had a hold because of previous xbox gift card purchases with amex business platinum cards. So there does appear to be some kind of policy to prevent gift card reselling. Of course there is zero communication about this policy or that it is the reason for cancellations. I guess you’re just supposed to call in and find out.
I’m curious if there are any other gift card opportunities at dell.com to capitalize on the Amex business benefit? I see plenty of other “digital code” products on offer there but I have zero knowledge of whether they can be resold or if they have any interesting value. I’m not a gamer myself (at least not an Xbox console gamer — I’ll game other things! LOL)

Just got the cancellation email.
I wonder if they were ever even available. Did anyone NOT get their order cancelled ?
I ordered yesterday (April 30th), and my orders are “Confirmed” but not “Available”. They are listed as being Available on April 30th, but clearly not. At least they’re not cancelled yet!
Check again, my order went to confirmed but now it’s cancelled.

Yes, you can buy anything sold in the online MS store after you add these to your MS account. I don’t know if you can use them in a physical MS store.

Yeah I can’t find them on Dell anymore either. Ugh, I should have finished my 2023 Biz Plat coupon work in January like I usually do.
