Doesn’t say anything about this being your first order, so should work for existing users as well. If you don’t have a Dosh account then use the signup code CHUCKS2 during signup – you’ll get some small bonus too when you download the app and link a card (not sure if it’s $5 or $1, currently). There are a number of other food delivery promos at the moment as well:

worked for me today, not my first time using postmates by a long shot. Used it on an order (one in which had a discount code as well). Money posted to my dosh account within an hour.
It is saying to purchase a membership. Doubt it would work for orders
Some things to note:
1. Doah says you just gotta pay with a linked card. Not a portal offer.
2. Drop is also offering cash back (not a portal offer). 100 pts/$ (10%).
3. RetailMeNot usually offers 10-20% CB through portal. Currently no offer but for the last few months the first couple days of the month there is no offer, so hopefully it comes in the next day or so.
In theory here, all three should stack, making this a really appealing offer. Spend $15 on postmates (close to my average) that’s $1.50 from drop, $5 from Dosh, and up to $3 from RetailMeNot (assuming their 20% offer returns this month). Would add up to a nice $9.5 cb on my $15 purchase.
Do not trust Dosh. My bet this is an error (or bait + switch) to omit the first time user criteria from the T&C. Unless there are other portals that are paying out $5 on each order, I fully expect them to only pay up for first time users.
Not the first time they have pulled a stunt like this.
I’ve been using Dosh everyday to max out the 2% off up to $10 back on Visa giftcards at Safeway. So far so good. Tracked everyday and i’ve cashed out $30 every 3 days. i don’t think they can really claw anything back since i transferred to my Venmo account
But obviously if you want your food to show up, you won’t be ordering postmates
