Our Verdict
I generally don’t use Ebates because I find their rates to be quite poor compared to other portals. Others prefer them because they seem to track better/have better customer service. With this double cash back deal their rates become competitive, but often still aren’t the highest rate so I’d recommend comparing using a site like cashbackmonitor to ensure you’re getting the best possible deal. In addition to Cashbackmonitor, I find Cashbackholic useful for comparing rates. It frequently has cash back sites that Cashbackmonitor does not, often with excellent CB rates. It also shows which sites currently have sign-up bonuses.
Will, will you share with us which ones (cashback sites) you use and why you prefer them?
I basically just use TCB. It has the best rates, it’s slow to post but I never really have an issue. I’ll sometimes using the airline shopping portals when they are offering a bonus for spending X amount.
