First Citizens Purchases Some Midwest Branches From BMO Bank

BMO Bank had been offering nationwide bank bonuses for some time, but the last variation was limited to Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Iowa, Illinois, Indiana, Minnesota, New Mexico, Nevada, Oregon, Utah, Washington, or Wisconsin at the time of application. At the time I wasn’t sure why but BMO Bank has sold 138 branches to First Citizens across 11 states bank in a deal with a net deposit premium of 5%.
