[Expired] Free 1-Year Digital Subscription To Wall Street Journal For Visa Signature Cardholders (No Payment Info Needed)

Deal has ended, view more Wall Street Journal deals by clicking here.

Update 5/30/22: Multiple readers report this deal no longer works

Another Update 5/29/22: I believe it’s working now for everyone (even without the India method mentioned below). Just requires first 8-digits of card number, no payment input needed so no subscription to cancel.

(Update 5/28/22: Reader Smirky Cat notes: Apparently, this offer is only for signature cards issued in India (even though it has worked for many of us with our US cards). For those who are still interested, here is what to do: On the landing page country selection, choose India. Then, scroll down to claim the right offer. When prompted for the first 8 digits of the card, enter 4147-6716. Provide your phone number (with the US country code) and verify the OTP. You should be all set then!)

Update: This is not working for everyone. There might be some overload to the system – try again a different time or day and see if you can get it to go.

Expiring soon, needs to call to cancel too tedious, would they just auto expire as we never give a credit card when signing up?

Yes, mine just expired. I noticed when I was no longer seeing the full articles, even though I was signed in. No email or warning beforehand. Good while it lasted.

Any hope of this being revived this year anywhere?

No good with any of my Signature cards. It lists them all as traditional credit cards and says I don’t qualify.

Unable to get the free subscription under either method as of 5/30/22. Only the 10% discount is showing for me. 🙁
