I was scrolling the boosts when this suddenly appeared in the app. I was hungry so my stomach bought 3 burritos from Chipotle via Grubhub. Not the most efficient way spend but I’m still pretty happy I got 3 burritos for $.45. Next time I’ll be ready.
Three burritos cost nearly $45 before discount? Dang they are expensive, no wonder I haven’t been there in ages other than I think they are kind of bland without pouring a whole bottle of the green or smoky Chipotle Tabasco sauce. Could’ve went to at least two good buffets.

So do I have to add money to my Cash account first or does the debit card work like the PayPal debit card and just withdraw money from my normal checking account?
You need money to cover full amount in your Cash App first to use any boost.
you link a debit card and need to add money to cashapp manually (or by schedule), which is immediately available to spend. The money sits in a cash app balance for you to spend. I’m guessing they are going to stimulate an inflow of cash from this event.
If you don’t have cashapp, get a referral from someone like Samosa (search the cash app posts)
If you switch on the boost in the app, then buy 100$ card from amazon using the Cashapp’s debit card, your account will be charged 1$, i.e. 1$ will be debited from your Cashapp account. The boosts are automatically applied.
However you still have to have at least $100 in your balance before the transaction with your scenario. You will then end up with $99 in your balance.
I thought I read where you keep your balance at zero. How fast are you able to get cash to the cashapp?

As of recent ive been keeping a small balance since I’ve been using boosts daily but my reloads are instant. I keep my balance at zero when I only use it weekly.
