As rumored Chase has refreshed the Chase Freedom Flex card. Changes are as follows:
- $250 sign up bonus after $500 in spend (normal bonus is $200 but changes frequently)
- Points boost when redeeming points on select hotel bookings through Chase travel. Ultimate Rewards points worth up to 10% more on these select bookings
- Cell phone protection insurance has been removed. You can view other credit/debit cards that offer cell phone protection here.
- Foreign transaction fees have been removed (were 3%)
- Card art has also been changed
