I was right there at 9am and got a spinning wheel. 28 minutes later it’s still spinning.
Great design, huh? Same thing happened to me.
I hate the wheel of death. It’s just as bad as the blue screen of death, but it actually moves which pisses you off more.
I got one! It’s sad that a free box of snickers is the most exciting thing to happen to me this year.
This was either a phony promotion or a bad web design. I refreshed every second from 9:00 am until the form went live around 9:02 am, immediately filled out my name and address using auto-fill, clicked “get my box,” and then got a spinning wheel for 30 seconds and a message that I was “too late.”
There’s no way that I took longer than the person above who screwed around copying the link from the reminder email but somehow scored a box. Garbage contest.
