Lenovo $50 Class Action Lawsuit
If you purchased a computer or tablet from Lenovo’s website, you could get a $50 cash payment from a class action settlement.
The lawsuit alleges that Lenovo engaged in a deceptive pricing scheme related to computers and tablets sold on its website, by portraying fictitious “Instant Savings” or “eCoupon” discounts. Lenovo denies that it violated the law or that its practices were wrongful in any way, but has agreed to settle the case to avoid the expense and uncertainty of litigation.
