Get Bonus Rewards With Swagbucks Daily Goals

Friendly reminder to claim your daily goal rewards from October by clicking here.

Swagbucks has a ‘Daily Goal’ bonus whereby you’ll get an additional bonus for earning a certain amount throughout the course of the day. The bonus is generally around 8-9% of the earn threshold, but the threshold varies widely by account.

There are two tiers to the Daily Goal: the first one is usually something like ‘earn 110 and get 9 SB bonus’, the second one will be something like ‘earn 4480 and get 367 SB bonus’.

It could be possible to get like $5 bonus per day, or around $300 per month. Of course, most people won’t be able to meet the goal every day. Still, it’s useful to keep in mind for days which you get close to that amount organically. For example, if you do one of the free money deals, you might come close or surpass your daily goal without giving any thought.

Interestingly, buying Swagbucks also works to count toward your Daily Goal, and some readers have even found it worthwhile to pay the 5% fee for buying Swagbucks in order to trigger their goal reward.

Important: You must manually claim the rewards (here) from the prior month at some point during the following month. I personally lost out a good bit from failing to do so, and now I’ve set up a monthly reminder to claim this reward.

If you’re new to Swagbucks then please read our review. You can also get a bonus of up to $13 by using a referral link.

How anyone could earn 6000 swagbucks in a day organically is beyond me 😛

Buying can work well, but if I need 3x$20 purchases to hit the goal I have no way of knowing if they’re going to cutoff my purchases at 2 or 3, so there’s a bit of a gamble there to trying to buy your way to the goal without discounted bucks.

I need 6900SB today. I cannot make the fourth attempt to buy $20SB. Which means I lost nearly $3.

Similar here.. I need 4500 SB and I can’t make the third attempt to buy 2000 SB again. I think they set this up this way to scam you. Wonder if its worth trying 500SB for $5.99

Agreed. I remember how much time I used to put in (waste) trying to knock out the basics and try to earn at least enough for the top bonus. Someone REALLY savvy, and with a lot of time on their hands, can probably work Swagbucks and a few similar sites to their advantage, but I spend too much time behind the keyboard, as it is. I’ve done nothing more than use their search engine (fairly lame) for years, so my $25 Amazon gift card redemptions are few and far between, these days.

Note the points count towards the goal when they post, not when they are earned. Surveys are immediate, but Hulu/Sirius type offers or shop offers often take 30+ days.

It appears that the daily goal increases every day when you are regularly completing goals. I started buying daily around 7/23 and only earned 1300 ($13) for July but in August my daily goals are closer to earn 7000 get 600 (so basically buy 2000×4 for $84, get $80 SB plus $6 bonus next month to break even and get some cc spend.

I have been burned by being limited to buying 3x and missing the daily goal. I’ve also had bonus points post late in the day after I already bought sb so I earned way more than the goal that day and essentially wasted $4.

Seems like much more of a timelag. I hit my goal every day for July 23-July 30 buying the face value SBs, but the goal never really changed, and August 5th my goal jumped from 10 to 385. Wonder how long it will stay elevated if you don’t keep hitting it.

Mine was basically nothing until i met it two consecutive days (7/23 & 24), then around 1XX needing <2k for four days, and since then a mix of earn 4500-6k for 3XX or 6k-8k for 6XX.

It is possible meeting just the small first level goal keeps it rolling as I did that on 7/22 and once last week. I had only met a daily goal once or twice earlier in the month and don't do surveys other than the quick daily one.

Yeah, i was a very dedicated SB grinder for years, and my daily goal never got above 200. That 500 pt bonus has to be people that have made SB into a full time job. I aimed for a survey or two a day during my downtime at work, and running videos whenever i could.

Shows maximum 2SB/video playlist. Each averaging about 1.5hours, That seems to be insane way to accumulate anything. Were those easier or paid better earlier when you used to do it?

It used to be much easier

Goal increases once you reach original goal. Mine was 110 & get 9. As soon as I reached that my goal is now:
Total Goal 2330
Total Bonus 191

In Chuck ‘s photo if he were to click on the red bar he’d see the secondary goal. It may also be wimpy, but it also could be something like earn 1500 get 120 bonus which would then make it profitable to spend $20.99 for 2k SB.

Also, the secondary benefit is the member recognition level. A single 2000 SB purchase puts you at level 2 and you’d get 75SB free next time you redeem (even the $25 VISA or paypal) and that is repeatable each level and increases to 100 then 125. There are also shopping bonuses at levels 5-7 that get you $3-$5 for a single purchase through their portal.

wow, I’ve been dabbling on Swagbucks for years and never knew about this! I just enrolled and am already at Level 8. Appreciate the heads up, especially since I just picked up some more easy free SB from this.

Burton

They just added a new benefit to levels 6 & up. Will probably only impact a handful of people but this is great for me.

Get real-time access to your shopping SB for 1 transaction, up to 1,000 SB per transaction per month. Excludes Travel

On my “shop activity” page there is a “Skip The Wait!” button next to the two orders that are pending so it looks like it is a manual request.

I just claimed $50 worth of SB from this most recent month’s daily goals, though the vast majority of that was indeed from purchasing SB. My daily goal tracker is up to 6k SB per day with a bonus of 600 ($6) or so. I purchase SB mostly because it’s pajamas manufactured spend, but the extra few bucks in profit every day is nice.

When I was just video farming and occasionally doing surveys 4-5 years ago my goals were 100/300. I think we are getting stupidly high extended goals because we all bought a ton of SB last month

Well great. This will get killed within the next few days now that this is getting attention.

There have been problems of people not getting the SBs to post and are having to go through support to hopefully get payment. I’ve also been cut off a few times a purchase before I need it to reach my daily goal so I’ve ended up losing money on those days.

I personally have always had them post, but a few friends have had their card charged and not received points.

Anyone bought SB with Amex Platinum? If so, what does it code as? Any concerns with angering Amex if you’re working on MSR?

there is also a thing for hitting your bonus multiple days in a row. 7 days 25 cents, 14 50 cents, 21 $2, all days in the month $3.
if you want a lazy way to hit MSR or live in a MS desert… it’s not bad.
90 days x $20 = $1800
90 days x $40 = $3600

I seem to be capped at two this morning (after doing four on three of the last four mornings). I’ll see if I can get more in the afternoon.

No luck yesterday afternoon/evening, and seem to be capped again at 2 this morning.

I was unexpectedly capped at two this morning after being able to do 4x a day since the last sale. Small loss. Oh well was fun while it lasted.

Burton

My daily goal is now nearly 9k so not even going to try. Maybe with some time off it will reset to an attainable number. It was great for MSR while it worked!

After several days of 2-3x purchases, I’ve been capped at 1 today.

So I seem like I’ve only been able to buy 2x a day now. I had bought 8x 2 or 3 times, and then was at 4x for a few, then 3. Since this article came out I’ve been at 2x. I will continue to grab what I can and deposit to aspiration, but am curious to see how long this lasts. I will have a 2 week break without access to wifi so fingers crossed they will reset

Down to 1x yesterday and today.
