Yes it’s 1 per advantage account.
Can you buy with a credit card?
No. Giant Eagle bans credit cards for visa/MasterCard gift card buying so pretty useless.

Within the last few months its been slowly rolling out to all stores in the area, at least in pittsburgh.
Yeah, I saw a sign at the local GetGo that they only take cash or debit for VGC’s now. I had bought VGC’s at that GetGo about a month or two ago with a CC.
Giant Eagle no longer sells VGC’s online as far as I can tell. They revamped the site and now the purchases are thru Blackhawk Network and don’t code as grocery. I would love to hear a counterpoint on this!

I purchased six VGC earlier this week and used a MC to make the purchase. I live in the Columbus area.
Same here, I live in Columbus, and haven’t seen the credit card restriction… yet. Might need to crank up the gift card purchases with my Flex card especially now since GE is awarding double GE points for gift cards through Nov 30! Nearing 300% off now. Only problem now is finding 15 shopping trips to liquidate the discounts before mid-Feb when they expire.
I went to my reguar GE in rural western PA (north of Pittsburgh) and was able to buy a $200 VGC without any issues with my Amex CC. However, the GetGo down the street was, as I said earlier, cash or debit only.
I don’t see there flyer having a limit of 1. Does it really have limit of 1 per advantage card
so there is not a ‘Limit 1″ as listed above?
