Google Offering Free Phone Repairs For U.S. First Responders & Healthcare Workers

Google and uBreakiFix have partnered to offer free pixel smartphone repairs for first responders and healthcare heroes in the United States. Those eligible include law enforcement, police officers, emergency medical technicians (EMTs), firefighters, doctors, nurses, pharmacists, and nursing home and hospital staff. Eligible workers can present their ID badge at any of uBreakiFix’s locations and get one free repair, regardless of the type of damage or device model until June 30th, 2020. Samsung has previously announced free repairs for first responders as well. I’ll add this to the list of freebies for healthcare workers.
