Our Verdict
The cost of a JetBlue award flight is tied to the cash price of the flight so waiting for a regular fare sale might actually make your flight cheaper, the advantage to this sale is that it applies to all fights. Barclaycard is offering a 40,000 point sign up bonus, but you obviously wouldn’t get the points in time to book this sale. JetBlue seems to offer 15% back in points (extra 10% for cardholders), 20% off and this 25% off sale on a semi frequent basis so it’s worth considering waiting until one of these sales rolls around before booking your award flights.
