JetBlue is having another sale on fares, one way fares start at $39 (including government fees & taxes). You need to book by July 27th, 2016. For Monday – Thursday & Saturday travel between August 22 – November 17, 2016. Blackout dates: 9/5 & 10/10/16 (all cities); plus, 11/10 – 11/14/16 (JFK, LGA, EWR & HPN only). This might be useful for those with a lot of JetBlue points after the points match to Virgin America as award prices are tied to flight cost. Even better for those with the JetBlue credit card.
Expansion To Europe
According to the WSJ (copy and paste the first bit of text into google and click the WSJ link to read the full article for free) JetBlue Airways is considering an expansion into Europe with transatlantic flights. CEO Robin Hayes said: “It’s something we’re considering”, although they haven’t made an official decision yet.
