My app isn’t showing any pending signups. Does anyone know if there’s a delay before pendings show, or if it only shows once a purchase is made?
Oops.. was just updating with info I learned from Joe’s customer service and also using the app, but realized after posting that I already posted the info below on 9/3.
I confirmed with Joe’s customer service that signups will only be reflected in the account once they’ve ordered their first coffee.

A couple other things I learned with my purchase:
1) To keep your order free, make sure the total is less than $5. My total was $4.75, and the $0.25 remained in my account for my next purchase
2) If/when you add funds to your Joe account ($25 minimum), you’ll get another $6 bonus credited to you account.
