i have a bunch of points now from ralph but dont know how to use them or they even matter as i get my gas filled from costco which is anyday 30 cents cheaper then shell

i moved recently from east to west, east has no kroger or ralph so i dont know how to use ralph fuel points, googling as i am writing this on how to use
here is it what i found at ralph’s website and amazed how can it be diffrent then kroger
“The fuel program allows you to earn up to 20¢ off per gallon of fuel on fuel purchases at Ralphs and at participating Shell gas stations. For 100 fuel points redeemed at Ralphs, 10¢ off per gallon will be awarded. For 200 fuel points redeemed at Ralphs, 20¢ off per gallon of fuel will be awarded. Limit 35 gallons of fuel per purchase. Credit and debit card fraud prevention policies may limit transaction at the dispenser. Offer cannot be combined with any other discounts.
For example:
100 fuel points= 10¢ off per gallon of fuel for 1 fill-up at Ralphs or participating Shell gas stations.
200 Fuel Points= 20¢ off per gallon of fuel for 1 fill-up at Ralphs or participating Shell gas stations.”
I’ve been trying to crack the code on Ralphs fuel points. I bought a $100 Amazon Kindle card two weeks ago. I was surprised when my receipt stated I would be receiving $0.40 off per gallon at Shell.
The receipt did not mention 4x points, but instead read:
For Every $100 in participating Digital Content Gift Cards purchased between 4/5/2017 and 4/18/2017 earn $0.40 per gallon …
But my fuel points were at 212. I had spent $200 in gift cards and $12 in other merch. After using my $0.40 discount my points balance was still at 212.
that is one time, otherwise 20 cents off overpriced shell gas
