The Offer
- Mr Rebates is offering 8% cash back on Raise.com purchases
The Fine Print
- Cash Back given on the first $10,000 of purchases per customer lifetime purchases.
- Cash Back not available on any order under $20.00 or on card listings.
Our Verdict
The WINNER code isn’t listed on Mr Rebates so I doubt you’ll be able to stack. Topcashback recently offered 10% on Raise, a lot of people had issues with the cash back automatically posting. Not sure if that was an issue with Topcashback or Raise, but something to keep in mind regardless. If you don’t already have a Mr Rebates account you can use my link here to sign up.

Where does ebates say “The WINNER code isn’t listed on Mr Rebates so I doubt you’ll be able to stack.”? ebates only lists these T&C:
Cash Back Rebate Restrictions:
* Cash Back given on the first $10,000 of purchases per customer lifetime purchases.
* Cash Back not available on any order under $20.00 or on card listings.
TCB does have the restrictions (“Using a promotional/coupon code not posted and approved by TopCashback. If you use a code that we have not provided you with then there is a strong chance that your cashback will be declined or go untracked to your account.”) about promo codes though.
Seems like it should track/payout at ebates 8% even with today’s 5% BINGO promo code.
It stacks, Will should update.
(I said ebates in my post, but meant Mr Rebates)
Hi, William. I tried to sign up with your link, but it’s asking for a referral email address? Please advise. Thanks!

Same here asking for your email.
Is there a review for Mr Rebates?
Here’s my review ‘they’re awesome’
I’ve received over $2,000 back from them and in 12 years of usage I don’t think I’ve ever had an issue with them honoring something when I followed the proper steps and understood the fine print.
I also use about 8 others with only ebates coming in as reliably.
