NY, NJ and CT Announce Mandatory 14 Day Quarantine From High Risk States (More States Added)

Update 7/22/20: Minnesota has been removed, 10 other states added. Full list is now: AK, AL, AR, AZ, CA, DE, FL, GA, IA, ID, IN, KS, LA, MD, MO, MS, MT, NC, ND, NE, NM, NV, OH, OK, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, WI.

Original post: Governor Cuomo has announced (in partnership with Governor Murphy & Governor Lamont) that NY, NJ and CT will impose a mandatory 14 day quarantine for individuals traveling from states with significant community spread.

This goes into effect at midnight tonight. The current states that are considered to have significant community spread are: Alabama, Arkansas, Arizona, Florida, North Carolina, South Carolina, Texas, Utah & Washington. For those that are found to be breaking this fines of $2,000-$10,000 and forced quarantine will be imposed.
