Huntington Bank is back with another great checking sign up bonus of $150 when you sign up to their Asterisk-Free Checking® checking account. Unfortunately it’s only available to residents of: Ohio, Michigan, Indiana, Pennsylvania, Kentucky & West Virginia.
The Offer
- Get a $150 bonus when you:
- Link a direct deposit to your new account
- Receive at least one direct deposit of $500 or more within 60 days of account opening
- Offer ends 14th of March, 2014
- Sign up bonus is deposited within 90 days of account opening
The Fine Print
- Your direct deposit needs to be an electronic deposit such as your paycheck or pension from your employer or government benefits.
- The sign up bonus will deposited within 90 days of account opening as long as all the conditions are met
- You must pay tax on this sign up bonus (this is the case for all bank sign up bonuses). You’ll receive a 1099-IN form from Huntington.
- Account must stay opening for a minimum of six months to avoid paying an early account closing fee ($25).
- Only available to those in: Ohio, Michigan, Indiana, Pennsylvania, Kentucky and West Virginia

I just received a targeted offer for this (OH resident), however because Huntington doesn’t allow concurrent sign up bonuses I will be pursuing the larger $200 bonus for the publically available Huntington 5 checking account.
