Forgive the clickbait title, but earlier this year Chuck put together the Payments Workshop. It’s a database where people can share and search for datapoints regarding payment information. For example:
- How many cards you can split payment with at different retailers
- Maximum number of gift cards that can be used
- If the point of sale machine will autodrain prepaid cards or not
- Bunch of other interest information
For whatever reason, this page hasn’t been as popular as other reference pages (e.g what bank accounts can be funded with a credit card?) even though I see questions that are answered by this page on a semi regular basis.
