I put in my Indianapolis, IN zip code and wasn’t allowed to open an account without going into a branch. The closest branch is Cincinnati, so I won’t be claiming this offer

Looks like the current terms are:

“complete 10 or more qualifying debit card purchases that post and clear the account within 60 days of account opening”

And

“The new account will not be eligible for offer if any account owner on the new account 1) had an existing First Commonwealth Bank personal checking account at the time of account opening, or 2) have been paid a First Commonwealth promotional credit on a personal checking account using a First Commonwealth promo code in the past 12 months.”

Depending on the account you open there is either a $5 fee (which can be waived if you make 5 transactions) or a $50 minimum deposit + $2 fee (which can be waived if you enroll in e-statements). There are other options as well.
