This account has no monthly fees to worry about. If the account is closed within the first 120 days then you forfeit the $100/$200 bonus.
Our Verdict
We’ve seen them offer a $200 bonus in the past, I like this bonus a lot more due to the $400 option. The downside is needing a direct deposit active for a year to get the full $400. Even if you just did the $400 bonus and got the first $200 of it though it’s a good deal. This will be better for those that can easily change their real payroll (especially if you can split it). Another downside is having to go in branch even if you open online. I will add this to our best checking bonuses though as $200/$400 is one of the larger bonuses available.
