Our Verdict
This is for Radisson Rewards US program. Good deal if you have an upcoming stay with Radisson.
Vacations can be few and far between for some people right now. My condolences to anyone who has to spend theirs in a US Radisson.
Does this work if hotel booking is outside the US?
The link takes you to a Raddison Americas site, so it appears as if the promo is for the Americas.
It depends which hemisphere you’re asking about. Europe/Africa/Asia, no. United States, Canada, Latin America, and the Caribbean, probably so.
Radisson split into two programs earlier this year:

and points earning is totally separate between the two programs. (You may be able to transfer points between the two programs, but since earning is separate, promotions are separate.)
So there are no Radisson Americas promotions any more that work outside of the Americas.
As to the current promotion, if you click on “Direct link to offer” above, toward the bottom of the page you get, you’ll find a “Participating Hotels” link, so you may want to try to find the hotel(s) you’re interested in on that list. Unfortunately, that list weirdly sorted, so it’s a little trick to find some properties quickly on it.
