Update 8/4/26: If you completed this deal check your dashboard as it’s likely you need to submit more information to qualify. Dashboard now states:
Must read: Important update on Ivy Bank reward eligibility
A processing issue in our July 15, 2026 eligibility check marked some qualifying members as ineligible. No rewards have been issued yet, and we’re reviewing affected accounts so that everyone who qualifies is paid on schedule.
If you’ve already received an email or decision from our team, you don’t need to do anything. Your case is already being tracked as part of this review — please don’t send a new request. It might cause delays in the review.
If you believe you were marked ineligible in error, first log in to your Finder Member account and check whether the Ivy Bank reward appears on your Rewards page. If it doesn’t appear there, we have no record of your application coming through Finder, and tracking can’t be reconstructed after the fact.
If it does appear, send one email to [email protected] from the address associated with your Finder account, using the subject line Ivy Bank Reward Review – [your Finder email address]. Include all four of the following:
The email address associated with both your Finder account and your Ivy Bank accountYour full name, exactly as it appears on both accountsA screenshot of your Ivy Bank account opening confirmationA screenshot showing your first qualifying deposit of $2,500 or more — your account transaction history or a bank statement both workDates must be clearly visible in every screenshot — we can’t verify undated screenshots, or ones where you can’t be identified, and we’ll have to send those back to you, which delays your review. You can redact any information that isn’t relevant to confirming this qualification.
Inquiries received after August 10, 2026 may not be processed in time for the fulfillment date, so please submit as soon as possible. We’ll give you an update before the fulfillment date, and approved rewards will be issued on Monday, August 17, 2026. Full eligibility criteria are in the promotion terms and conditions.

Our Verdict
A lot of readers won’t be eligible as they signed up for the Ivy Bank treasury account (look back period is not being a customer in the last 20 years). Bonus seems very easy to meet the requirement for. Finder usually has a cap on how many people can do the bonus (they update when the cap is hit). I’d be surprised if this doesn’t hit that cap quickly, so if you’re interested I’d recommend signing up ASAP. We will add this to our list of the best bank account bonuses.
Ivy Bank earns 3.85% APY, not as high as the current best savings rates but somewhat competitive.
If you do apply, please let us know in the comments below (trying to make sure everything is tracking correctly for the charity).
