Has anyone directly compared what a brand new ticket would cost vs. what they are quoted for a fare difference when rebooking? I’m thinking all the ‘no change fee’ policies are like ‘free shipping’ where the cost is simply wrapped into the main price.
Ally still has a robo invest product pulling the same BS as the Schwab robo product. If the settlement is not 100% pro-rata, it could make sense to dump $100 in the Ally product for a month to try to get in on the next settlement.
I believe the AA change fees are only on paid tickets. They still have no fee to change award flights.
