That lawsuit sounds sketchy AF. Dude bought FOUR round-trip tickets on Feb 20th for travel on April 1 TO EGYPT. Who the hell was buying international tickets then for vacations and for a flight that falls just inside the 6 week window. Lol, yeah, ok buddy. I bet this guy knew 100% what would happen and this is the plan all along.

Re: Delta. I just want to say that it’s been really sad to see credit card companies get behind air and cruise lines, and refuse to submit customer disputes if a credit was issued. I recently had this experience with Citi and will never use their card again.
