Can’t say I enjoy the experience of staying in these. I should have spent more and gotten a better brand.
They’re similar to low end Wyndham brands. Very hit or miss. Red Roof Plus versions are usually decent.

I stayed at a red roof inn once for a wedding in upstate NY as there was literally no other lodging….you couldn’t pay me to stay there again, not even if a free bank bonus was involved 😉
The one Red Roof Inn I stayed at a couple times before I knew better, it later ended up being converted to a Motel 6. I doubt they had to change much.
