Our Verdict
Same deal was here a few weeks ago, apparently as part of a marketing effort on the new Five Back cards. The discount works on a few other varieties like Style, Dining, Fuel, etc, but those other ones don’t function like ordinary Visa gift cards. The Five Back cards works anywhere like a standard Visa gift cards.
Most people would like maximizing this deal by purchasing $500 Visa gift cards to rack up credit card points. After the $10 discount, it will cost around $497 for the $500 card. Could be a good deal if you only find $200 denominations or $100 denominations as well.
There are also prepaid deals this week at Staples and Kmart.
