I’m never sure how many referrals are gain from our referral link sharing posts, but with the new Chase Freedom Flex card being launched and now available via referrals, I suppose there could be some readers who don’t have a friend to refer them and would do the favor to a fellow DoC reader to gift them the referrer bonus.

Chuck, all of the referral links, including mine, are receiving the below message. Do you know why that is? Hopefully it still goes through for people signing up.

Yes, I noted that in the original post. Far as I know, it still tracks the referral credit.

That message automatically disappears after a few seconds. Then, if you scroll down the page it says;

“Just be sure to apply through this page and your friend can get a bonus once you get the card”.

So, I am sure these links will track referral. And even if referral isn’t tracked, it will have no effect on the new customer signup bonus because the signup bonus in itself is the same as the default publicly available bonus.
