Our Verdict
Might be worth verifying that your mall is running this offer before going. I’m not sure if this is only at the Las Americas location in San Diego or if others have this too.
It’s not clear to me if denominations above $100 qualify for this offer. If they do, you can buy a $1,000 Visa gift card through August 4th, and get a $20 Adidas/Vans/Polo gift card free which is pretty awesome.

Maybe they are strict about the location. My guest services was not behind the food court. Next time I will drag her there.
I know the (actual) post says it’s updated to 8/31, but in this one you only said 8/4 like it was before.
It’s a single Simon shopping center in the San Diego area.
Las Americas is the outlet mall in San Diego right by the border. So I think it’s just that one location
