Was anyone able to successfully cancel Deck of Scarlet? I cannot get ahold of them. My Swagbucks offer also did not credit. I have emailed them and messaged them on Facebook, but no response. Apparently there are a lot of negative reviews about this company about not being able to cancel subscriptions. And the phone number they have listed on my credit card statement is off the hook. This company may be a scam. I cancelled already but they have already charged me for another month. Looks like I’ll need to take this up with my credit card company to block them and refund their charge.
I thought I changed my credit card but they billed my card this morning so I sent them an email and messaged them on Facebook. They canceled the charge and skipped this month. Once the SB posts in a few days, I’ll email and message them to close my account.
One simple question here: How and when should we cancel the subscription to Deck of Scarlet? Thanks!
You have to email [email protected]. I’m going to opt-out of the next monthly delivery (which should actually be mid-June if you signed up toward the end of May) since the SwagBucks will still be pending at that point, and then cancel after the SwagBucks go from pending to posted.

Amy Grant, but Xinyang Li was asking about Deck of Scarlet, where many prepaid cards were declined (they were likely coding it as a recurring charge.)
Lol this is their response when I asked why they cancelled my order:
“Thank you for being in touch. We noticed that your recent order only contained one vitamin, so we canceled your order and issued you a full refund.
We’re committed to helping you meet your health goals, so we would like to ask that you take our 5-minute quiz to help you discover the right vitamins and supplements for you. We’ll provide instant, science-backed recommendations for your very own your personalized vitamin pack.”
I chose a diff supplement that didn’t come up in their quiz
Nurish emailed me this morning saying my order has been cancelled and refunded. But I received my shipment yesterday… On SB the pending points are gone but it still shows on the “visits” tab. Not sure if it’s worth contacting SB support over $5 (my order was $4.6 for things I actually want) when I already got the free supplements…
My Nurish order hadn’t shipped; I received an email this morning that my $2.80 has been refunded. Will have to see if it credits to my card in a few days.
After offer was removed from pending, I contacted Nurish support to confirm that my subscription was still active. Mentioned this in my Swagbucks ticket and offer was credited.
Nurish is on Drop at 15,000 points ($15). No stipulations on spend like the Swagbucks deal. I just bought it via that way too.

Nurish and Swagbucks reversed my points. Unfortunately, these Swagbucks deals are not worth my time anymore when they reverse points. Make sure to cancel your subscription with Nurish so they don’t charge you again.
Completed the Nurish deal but the Swagbucks were reversed on my account as well. It looks like Nurish automatically cancelled everyone’s subscriptions as well so that they don’t have to pay out on this deal. They shipped my item out though, but it’s only $3 for vitamin C pills that I will use anyway. I won’t bother contacting Swagbucks because their customer service is awful. Deck of Scarlet points did not post for me.
i think i know why points are being revoked. nurish got upset that everyone spent $2.8 and only got one vitamin vs a cocktail they are pushing…. still wrong!
Real dumb. They could have easily made a min purchase amount.
