The Offer

Direct link to offer

  • Southwest Airlines is offering Double Tier Qualifying Points toward A-List and A-List Preferred Status. Must register and book by November 30, 2021.

The Fine Print

  • Double tier qualifying points are not redeemable for award travel, but do count toward qualification for tier status. Promotion does not apply to travel on award tickets. Offer is valid for domestic and international travel. This offer does not increment the Member’s points balance or award-eligible points balance.
  • Tier qualifying points are only available toward tier status for the 2021 calendar year.

Our Verdict

Good people for chasing status, although it’s no good for the companion pass.

I didn’t get that one and could have used it. Wife and I are doing rounds trips to Las Vegas and Jamaica during that period. Also time to start getting ready to work on the next Companion Pass.

I also received the A-List promo. Seems like a heck of a deal IMO as I’m only 1 flight short. Guess I’m doing a “mileage run” circa 2000! LOL.
