Our Verdict
Use a credit card that earns at a high rate on office supply store purchases. Keep in mind the American Express SimplyCash might no longer be earning 5% on Staples. This deal will sell out, so purchase sooner rather than later if you’re interested. This is profitable for private resale, but public rates aren’t higher enough on the eGiftcards unfortunately. If you’re buying for general use, don’t forget the 11% rebate as well.
Also it’s only on the eGiftcards so unfortunately not possible to pick it up when you’re purchasing fee free Mastercard gift cards.
