Same deal was offered last Cyber Monday as well, but it was for $5 instead of $3. Starbucks sometimes has other deals throughout the year as well. The Starbucks for life promotion starts tomorrow as well.

Never buy Starbucks gift cards at retail price to get bonus dollars. Insteads, use Buy It Now on eBay to get them at 80% of face value sorting by newly listed.
FYI this just started at 10am pacific, so people who bought it before then may not get it (Starbucks customer service has been good to me though, so maybe it’s good to reach out).

I’ve never gotten this to work even with order ahead, have to pay in-store, so I haven’t done this due to the hassle (plus you can get discounted sbux gift cards and earn more points using them than a regular payment method).

The page mentions that the offer starts at 10am pacific time (15 minutes ago). Maybe you can reach out to customer service though.

That timing was not on the linked page this morning, it was added later (I have screenshots), so definitely reach out to CS and they should honor.
